A poll published in the Washington Post on Monday suggests that two-thirds of Americans support stricter financial regulations. I am all for curbing some of the excess of Wall Street, but worry what impacts the limitations may have on the retail banking industry.

I’m seeing a lot of partnerships these days. The economy remains weak, so firms look at channel distribution. Ok, I get it. But fundamentally, I think organizations forget that they can be guilty by association. So if you pick a partner, pick wisely, because how they represent you can have a lasting impact on your brand.
